Outdoor Cinema Hire

We will require:

• Easy access to your garden
• 3×3 meter, 4×4 meter or 5×5 meter grass area, dependant on the package you want will depend on the space required
• Outdoor tap
• Electricity mains with two plugs, no more than 15M away from where the cinema will be

Getting booked in:

Enquire now for your upcoming event. Once you have told us your preferred date, outdoor cinema package and your post code, we will check our booking system and your location to confirm costs and availability. Please note, our projector is best enjoyed at dusk or night so we leave customers with our cinema hire for 2 nights now to allow you to be able to use the set up to its full potential.

There is a £50 refundable damage/cancellation deposit needed by our insurance to secure your booking which will be returned upon take down, so long as all equipment returned is as we left it. The payment of hire is required on set up.

On the day:

We will be in touch to confirm a drop off time, if you could make sure the area is cleared. We will aim to be with you on time but will keep you updated if we run into any difficulty on other jobs. Our set up usually takes around an hour to an hour and half, dependant on the package chosen. Once we have finished, a member of our team will run through how everything works in great detail but we are only ever a message/ call away to sort any questions that may arise during your hire. We will then confirm a pick up time and leave your garden looking like we were never there, but the memories of the event will last for years to come!

Atlantis Balloons:

We offer a 1.8M balloon cluster for inside the events shelter, which completes the set up. This can be tailor made for your booking in a variety of different colours by one of our team for an additional £20. If you required numbered balloons or unique colours we would have to order them separate, meaning the balloon cluster would be £25 to cover this. We recommend three colours to give it the ultimate wow factor!
