For safety reasons, we need to be able to secure the gazebo and/or screen to the ground using pegs preferably as the slightest bit of wind can turn them into a big sail.

We will message you the day before to confirm a drop off/collection time. If you have any requests we will attempt to adhere to these but please be aware that this might not always be possible due to the other tubs we have on hire at the same time.

We keep an eye on the ever changing UK weather on a constant basis. On a very rare occasion, if winds become unsafe for our screen or gazebo then we will unfortunately have to cancel.

We take the £50 deposit to secure your place but the payment of hire is required on the day of set up.

If you have to cancel or reschedule your event, we will try and give a full or partial refund so long as we can fill your space.

We run through everything with you on the day of the event and leave you with two chemicals. One table spoon and half of chlorine is required each day you use the tub. The other chemical is a simple foam remover, which you may not need but can be used to remove foam from the surface of the tub after extensive bubble use.

We will talk you through how to drain the water on set up, it’s a simple process of pulling the plug and allowing the water to slowly dribble out of the tub. It will look like its rained around the area, it will not flood the garden.

If you are pregnant or have any medical concerns, we would recommend consulting your doctor for advice before hiring one of our hot tubs.

The projector is a HD146X Full HD ready 3500 lumens projector. It has vibrant, punch colour reproduction meaning you won’t find yourself squinting to catch the finer details. Please remember, the best picture is shown at dusk or night which is why we leave our cinema hire with customers for two nights for you to enjoy the most out of the experience.

We have a range of connections from HDMI to Amazon Firesticks, that means we can connect our projector to a laptop, iPad etc. We even have a 25-meter HDMI cable that can be connected to the back of your Sky or Virgin box!

If your WiFi isn’t the best to stream the film in the garden, we suggest using a data hotspot from a phone or we have a 25-meter HDMI cable that can be connected to the back of your Sky or Virgin box inside.

Popcorn Cooking Steps:

1. Add your popcorn kernels and oil into your device. Do not put anything else in the pop corn kettle (the bucket device in the middle of the machine).
2. After adding the ingredients listen for them to start popping.
3. When it stops popping, switch the machine off and turn the kettle part over, so the popcorn falls in the.
4. Season it with sugar or salt and enjoy!

NOTE: Exercise caution when touching the machine or popcorn after use as this will be hot.
